Anything feel confusing? We don’t want to speak gibberish, so if your question isn’t here, get in touch and the Boo Crew will sort you out.
We’re a surprise trip company for couples, girls trips, hen dos and anyone else who’s over being the default trip planner, stuck in decision paralysis, or simply out of headspace to handle one more thing. Tell us your travel preferences, name your dates, and we’ll match you to a destination, book your flights and stay, and send it all to your door in a reveal card somewhere between 2 and 4 weeks before you’re set to depart.
Three steps, really. You (and your boo, or your group) each fill out a Boo-Print so we can get a feel for your travel style. One of our Boo Crew reads it, weighs it against your dates and airport, and matches you to somewhere they think you’ll love. Then between 2 and 4 weeks before you fly, your reveal card lands in the post. You scratch the card together and that’s the moment you find out where you’re headed.
Those who travel with us are tired of the planning process and the choice paralysis of too many options getting in the way of them just going on their dream holiday. We take the endless tabs inside your brain and on your desktop, the group chat debates, and the ‘where should we even go’ off your plate. You get to do the fun bit, turning up and having the time of your life.
If you’re the one who ends up planning every trip for your partner or your girls, then probably yes. If you love the idea of being surprised but the thought of not knowing genuinely stresses you out more than it excites you, a surprise trip probably isn’t your thing yet, and that’s okay too.
No, but they’re not budget either, we sit right in the middle. That means we might book you into a simple but lovely hotel for two nights so we can put the money towards a proper experience, like a private boat trip or a meal worth talking about for years.
It’s our survey, and it’s how we get to know you. A short set of questions about how you like to travel, answered separately by each of you on a romantic trip, or by the lead booker for a private group. It’s designed to draw out the things you’d never have thought to tell us and one or two things you didn’t know about yourself.
Yes! A lot of our travellers who are surprising the other person going on the trip will do this, or purchase a gift voucher so the two of you can do the Boo-Print together. Hopefully, if they’re your lover or your friend, you’ve got a decent idea of what they like ;)
You’ll each get your own Boo, who you are and how you like to travel, for each person who fills it out, as well as a side-by-side read on where your travel styles overlap and how the Boo Crew would build a trip with all of you in mind. In short, your answers shape the whole trip: what kind of destination suits you, what your days should feel like, where you should stay, and what experience is worth including. They also flag anything practical we need to work around.
A real person, not an algorithm. One of our Boo Crew sits down with your Boo-Print properly, reads your answers, weighs them against your dates, your airport and what’s genuinely available, and matches you to somewhere they believe you’ll love. Our team has over 6 years of travel industry experience, professionally and personally, and has covered over 40 countries between each of them, so they’ve got a good sense of different travel styles.
You can’t choose where you’re going, but you can shape around where you don’t want. At booking there’s a box for anywhere that’s a hard pass, whether you’ve just been, it holds bad memories, or it just doesn’t appeal. We’ll plan around it and make sure the reveal card doesn’t send you to that specific city or country, depending on how you’ve outlined it.
Yes! But not after you’ve officially booked, so make sure to double-check everything before submitting payment.
Every trip needs at least one traveller aged 18 or over, who will be the lead booker. Beyond that there’s no lower age limit, so babies, toddlers and teenagers are all welcome. Just add everyone when you book so we can plan around them.
You can book as far ahead as you like. The latest we can take a booking is four weeks before departure, which gives the Boo Crew time to build your trip and get the reveal card in the post.

Don’t worry, your digital destination guide gives you a steer on what to budget so nothing catches you off guard.
In short, as much as you want! We plan certain activities that we feel are must-dos based on your Boo-Print. On the other hand, we understand that different people have different pacing ideals, so we didn’t want to plan every minute. We provide a handy destination guide, which gives you the freedom to choose your own adventure with ideas and places for how to spend that extra time.
Contact our Boo Crew and we’ll sort something out for you.
Yes. Fly Me With My Boo is a trading name of Bespoke Break Co. Ltd (company number 14176516), and our flight-inclusive trips are ATOL protected under licence 12971. Your money is also held in a trust account with Protected Trust Services until you travel, and your booking is a package under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Trips start at £579 per person for 4 days / 3 nights, or £989 per person for 7 days / 6 nights. Your final price depends on when you travel. You always see the full price before you pay.
You choose. Pay in full when you book, or secure your trip with a 25% deposit and settle the balance eight weeks before you fly. If you’re booking inside ten weeks of departure, we’ll ask for the full amount upfront so we can get everything locked in. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes! You can buy a Fly Me With My Boo gift card for someone else’s surprise trip. Whoever you give it to takes their own Boo-Print, picks their own dates and airport, and the value comes straight off the price of their trip at checkout.
Yes! And we promise we won’t take any credit ;) Just select our covert option at checkout if you want to pull off a bangin’ trip and take all the glory.
Your reveal card arrives in the post somewhere between 2 and 4 weeks before you fly. Inside is a scratch-off card that you’ll uncover the destination together. On the card is a QR code that opens your digital destination guide: your itinerary, our favourite spots, and everything you need to get ready.
No, and that’s the fun of it ;) Everything stays sealed until the card arrives, so the moment you scratch it off together is the moment you know where you’re headed.
Yes, and plenty of people do. Online check-in has to be done before you travel, so hand your reveal card to a trusted friend or family member: they open it, sort your check-in, and keep the secret. You walk into the airport knowing nothing and scratch the card there together. Just pick someone who’s genuinely good at keeping a secret 🤫
This is exactly what the Boo-Print, and your hard-pass list are for. Anywhere you rule out at booking is off the table before we start planning. Once your trip is booked, the destination can’t be swapped, so be honest with us at the start and we’ll do the rest. If something about your trip genuinely doesn’t sit right, talk to the Boo Crew rather than sitting on it.
Not one you need to sort before you go. For UK and Irish passport holders, we only choose destinations that are either visa-free or issue your visa on arrival, which is why we ask which country issued your passport when you book. If you hold a different passport, tell us at booking and we’ll check before we plan.
Short and medium haul, which for us means flight times of five hours or less. Most trips average two to three hours in the air, covering a lot of Europe and a little way beyond it. Flights are direct and return to the airport you left from, unless your Boo-Print tells us you would take an indirect route if it made the trip more interesting.
On the 4 days / 3 nights trip, every traveller gets a cabin bag for the overhead locker, at least 55 x 40 x 20cm. On the 7 days / 6 nights trip, you also get at least 20kg of hold luggage each. If you want to add hold luggage to a shorter trip, you can add it directly with the airline at check-in.
Not automatically, airlines charge for seat selection and it’s not included in your trip price. If sitting together matters to you, choose your seats when you check in online.
Tell us as soon as you can and the Boo Crew will help. Because your trip is a package, we’re responsible for putting things right where we can: whether that’s rearranging your stay or finding another way to get you there. Compensation for a delay or cancellation comes from the airline under UK and EU passenger rights rules, and we’ll help you claim it.
Depending on your Boo-Print and your destination, that might be a boutique hotel, a characterful guesthouse or a private apartment. Expect a minimum of three or four star, or the equivalent.
Yes! It’s outlined in your destination guide, which you’ll find via the QR code on your reveal card.
We recommend it. Insurance is there for the things none of us can control, like illness or an emergency at home. It’s worth checking your bank, as packaged current accounts often include worldwide travel insurance as standard.
You’ll know your destination 2 to 4 weeks in advance, so there’s time to prepare properly. We can’t guarantee the weather, but we’ll give you seasonal averages for your dates and destination. Your digital destination guide also tells you what to expect on the money side: whether card is accepted everywhere or you’ll want to withdraw some cash. Keeping it a surprise until the airport? Hand your reveal card to a trusted friend or family member so they can pass along the packing and weather info without spoiling the destination.
We ask each of you separately about allergies, dietary needs and whether you drink, so everything we book is planned around what you tell us. If an allergy is severe, add the detail in the notes box so we can brief venues and adjust meals properly.
Yes! At booking we ask about walking, stairs, transport and mobility needs, so we can plan the whole trip around what you tell us. If there’s something we can’t confidently arrange at a destination, we’ll say so rather than send you somewhere that won’t work.
Your MyBoo account holds your trip details, your Boo-Print and your personal details all in one place. Once you’ve received your reveal card, your digital destination guide is there too, via a QR code.
A valid passport is required for all international trips. Your passport MUST be valid for at least six months beyond your trip’s return date. We recommend checking your expiration date before booking.
We’ve honed in on some really cool offerings, so we try to stick to them as closely as possible. Sometimes stuff happens and the itinerary changes slightly. However we promise that whatever we do, it’ll live up to our experience standards.
Talk to the Boo Crew as soon as you know. We’ll always try to move you, and how easily depends on how far out you are and what our suppliers allow. Any charges they pass on get passed to you, and we’ll tell you what they are before anything is confirmed.
Our terms don’t permit cancellations, but that’s rarely the end of the conversation. We can often help find a solution! Speak to the Boo Crew as early as you can: the more notice we have, the more we can do.
We won’t send you somewhere unsafe. If something serious happens before you travel, like a natural disaster or a change in official travel advice, we’ll move you to a comparable destination for the same dates wherever possible, and we’ll be in touch as soon as we know.
Get in touch straight away rather than sitting on it. Support@flymewithmyboo.com is your go-to resource to get in touch with the Boo Crew.
Our terms do not allow a booking to be refunded, which is exactly why we recommend a policy that covers illness-related cancellations. Tell the Boo Crew as early as you can, because where we can we will look at moving your dates or changing the names on the booking, subject to any charges from our suppliers. We’ll also help you put together whatever documentation your insurer needs.
Despite the name, no, you don’t need to be a couple to travel with us. Your ‘Boo’ can be a partner, a best friend, or your whole group, family or friends, however you want to define it.
Yes. Private group trips take up to 40 people. If you’ve got a bigger group in mind, get in touch and we’ll plan it with you directly.
Similar to those with disabilities or dietary restrictions, just let us know if you’re expecting, and we’ll make specific adjustments for pace, food options and flying limits.
That’s the goal! While these two countries give us plenty to get on with (we’re a small team!), we’d love to bring Boos all over the world one day.
Nothing matches that. Try another word, or ask us directly.
Email us at support@flymewithmyboo.com or send us a message through our contact page, and the Boo Crew will pick it up.
