Anything feel confusing? We don’t want to speak gibberish, so if your question isn’t here, get in touch and the Boo Crew will sort you out.
We’re a surprise trip company for couples, girls trips, bachelorette parties and anyone else who’s over being the default trip planner, stuck in decision paralysis, or simply out of headspace to handle one more thing. Tell us your travel preferences, name your dates, and we plan a trip around you. Where you’re going stays a secret until your reveal.
Three steps, really. You (and your boo, or your group) each fill out a Boo-Print so we can get a feel for your travel style. One of our Boo Crew reads it, weighs it against your dates and where you’re flying from, and matches you to somewhere they think you’ll love. Then between 2 and 4 weeks before you leave, your reveal card arrives and you find out where you’re going.
No, but they’re not budget either, we sit right in the middle. That means we might book you into a simple but lovely hotel for a couple of nights so we can put the money toward a proper experience, like a private boat trip or a meal worth talking about for years.
It’s our questionnaire, and it’s how we get to know you. A short set of this-or-that questions about how you like to travel, answered by each of you. It’s designed to draw out the things you’d never think to tell us, and one or two things you didn’t know about yourself.
Yes! A lot of our travelers who are surprising the other person do this. Hopefully, if they’re your partner or your friend, you’ve got a decent idea of what they’d say.
Yes! But not after you’ve officially booked, so double-check everything before you pay.
New York (any of its airports) or Los Angeles, with flights included. Or you can book your own flights and we’ll plan everything else. More departure airports are coming soon.
Choose one week (7 days / 6 nights) or two weeks (14 days / 13 nights).
Further than a weekend hop. Trips from North America go to a different continent, so expect a long-haul flight and a proper change of scene.
Every trip needs at least one traveler aged 18 or over, who will be the lead booker. Beyond that there’s no lower age limit, so babies, toddlers and teenagers are all welcome. Just add everyone when you book so we can plan around them.
You can book as far ahead as you like. The latest we can take a booking is four weeks before departure, which gives the Boo Crew time to build your trip and get the reveal card in the mail.

Don’t worry, your digital destination guide gives you a steer on what to budget so nothing catches you off guard.
As much as you want! We plan the things we feel are must-dos based on your Boo-Print, and leave plenty of room for you to go at your own pace.
Yes. Fly Me With My Boo is a trading name of Bespoke Break Co. Ltd (company number 14176516), and the money you pay us is held in a trust account with Protected Trust Services until you travel.
Trips start at £839 per person for 7 days / 6 nights, or £1,818 per person for 14 days / 13 nights, without flights. Flights from New York or Los Angeles are $1,200 per person on top. Your final price depends on when you travel, and you always see the full price before you pay.
US dollars, unless you’d rather pay in pounds or euros: switch it with the globe at the top of any page. The price you see is the price you pay, in the currency you chose.
You choose. Pay in full when you book, or secure your trip with a 25% deposit and settle the balance eight weeks before you leave. If you’re booking inside ten weeks of departure, we’ll ask for the full amount upfront so we can get everything locked in.
Yes! And we promise we won’t take any credit ;) Just select our covert option at checkout if you want to pull off an amazing trip and take all the glory.
Your reveal card arrives in the mail somewhere between 2 and 4 weeks before you leave. Inside is a scratch-off card that you uncover together, with a QR code that opens your digital destination guide: your itinerary, our favorite spots and everything you need to know.
You find out at the same time as everyone else, when your reveal card arrives 2 to 4 weeks before you leave. Your destination guide recommends the flights to book, so you can sort them straight away.
No, and that’s the fun of it ;) Everything stays sealed until the card arrives, so the moment you scratch it off together is the moment you know where you’re headed.
This is exactly what the Boo-Print and your hard-pass list are for. Anywhere you rule out at booking is off the table before we start planning. Once your trip is booked, the destination can’t be swapped, so be honest with us at the start.
We choose destinations that are visa-free or give you a visa on arrival for US and Canadian passport holders, or that have a quick online visa application when we think the place is worth it. If there’s anything to apply for, your destination guide tells you exactly what and how, with time to sort it. Tell us which country issued your passport when you book, so we can plan around it.
Not at all, flights are optional. Take ours from New York or Los Angeles for $1,200 per person, or if you’d rather finally use up those airline points you’ve been hoarding, book your own and we’ll plan everything else.
On our flights from New York and Los Angeles, every traveler gets a carry-on bag and at least 20kg (44lb) of checked luggage.
Not automatically: airlines charge for seat selection and it’s not included in your trip price. If sitting together matters to you, choose your seats when you check in online.
If you’re on our flights, tell us as soon as you can and the Boo Crew will help put things right where we can. If you booked your own flights, your airline looks after the flight itself, and we’ll help with the rest of your trip.
Depending on your Boo-Print and your destination, that might be a boutique hotel, a characterful guesthouse or a private apartment. Expect a minimum of three or four stars, or the equivalent.
Yes! It’s in your destination guide, which you’ll find via the QR code on your reveal card.
We recommend it. Insurance is there for the things none of us can control, like illness or an emergency at home.
A valid passport. It must be valid for at least six months beyond your trip’s return date, so check the expiration date before you book.
We ask each of you separately about allergies, dietary needs and whether you drink, so everything we book is planned around what you tell us. If an allergy is severe, add the detail in the notes box so we can brief venues properly.
Yes! At booking we ask about walking, stairs, transportation and mobility needs, so we can plan the whole trip around what you tell us. If there’s something we can’t confidently arrange at a destination, we’ll say so rather than send you somewhere that won’t work for you.
Your MyBoo account holds your trip details, your Boo-Print and your personal details all in one place. Once your reveal card arrives, your digital destination guide is there too.
Talk to the Boo Crew as soon as you know. We’ll always try to move you, and how easily depends on how far out you are and what our suppliers allow. Any charges they pass on get passed to you, and we’ll tell you what they are before anything is confirmed.
Our terms don’t permit cancellations, but that’s rarely the end of the conversation. Speak to the Boo Crew as early as you can: the more notice we have, the more we can do.
Get in touch straight away rather than sitting on it. support@flymewithmyboo.com is your go-to way to reach the Boo Crew.
Despite the name, you don’t need to be a couple to travel with us. Your ‘Boo’ can be a partner, a best friend, or your whole group, family or friends, however you want to define it.
Yes. Private group trips take up to 12 adults. If you’ve got a bigger group in mind, get in touch and we’ll plan it with you directly.
Nothing matches that. Try another word, or ask us directly.
